Can’t use mouse and keyboard Windows 7 install?
I have tried the following fixes:
- Plug/unplug mouse/keyboard from USB 2.0 ports and back into 2.0 ports (only 2 USB 2.0 ports available on this PC)

- Start the computer with mouse/keyboard unplugged and plug them in once the installation starts.
Can you install Windows without a mouse?
There are devices that can install Windows 10 that doesn’t have to use any mouse and keyboard and just launch an on-screen keyboard. During installation process, Windows will attempt to install generic driver for your touch screen.
