Can you reprogram an Android box?

From the Settings menu, find the Storage & Rest option then select it. Once you’ve done that, there are only 2 options to choose from. These are “Internal Storage” and “Factory Data Reset.” Select the second option. There may be a number of options here, depending on the TV box you have.

Can you update an old Android box?

Open your TV box in recovery mode. You may be able to do this through your settings menu or using the pinhole button on the back of your box. Consult your manual. When you reboot the system in recovery mode, you will be given an option to apply updates off the storage device you inserted into your box.
