Reset or reinstall Windows 10
- Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Recovery.
- Restart your PC to get to the sign-in screen, then press and hold down the Shift key while you select the Power icon > Restart in the lower-right hand corner of the screen.
- You can also use installation media to reset your PC.
Open Control Panel > Language. Select your default language. If you have multiple languages enabled, move another language to the top of the list, to make it the primary language – and then again move your existing preferred language back to the top of the list. This will reset the keyboard.
