Once you’re in BIOS, you can try to hit either the F9 or F5 keys to bring up the Load Default Options prompt. Clicking Yes will be enough to restore the default settings. This key may be different depending on your BIOS, but it’ll usually be listed at the bottom of the screen.

How do I reset my BIOS settings to default without display?

NEVER boot your system back up with the jumper on pins 2-3 NEVER! You must power down move the jumper to pins 2-3 wait a few seconds THEN move the jumper back to pins 1-2. When you boot up you can then go into the bios and select optimized defaults and change what ever settings you need from there.
