Yes, Sims 4 is compatible with Windows 8.1. I know that Windows 8.1 isn’t technically on the recommended requirements for the Sims 3 – but I know people who have played TS3 on 8.1. I also only say they SHOULD work, but that is simply because The Sims is a game that comes with a wealth of problems regardless.
