What devices will be compatible with iOS 11?
According to Apple, the new mobile operating system will be supported on these devices:
- iPhone X iPhone 6/6 Plus and later;
- iPhone SE iPhone 5S iPad Pro;
- 12.9-in., 10.5-in., 9.7-in. iPad Air and later;
- iPad, 5th generation and later;
- iPad Mini 2 and later;
- iPod Touch 6th generation.
How do I know my iOS version?
You can check which version of iOS you have on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch via the Settings app. To do so, navigate to Settings > General > About. You’ll see the version number to the right of the “Version” entry on the About page. In the screenshot below, we have iOS 12 installed on our iPhone.
