- Enter %appdata%
- Press Enter.
- Delete the folder Code .

- Find Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 (or, Visual Studio 2017).
- Choose Uninstall.
- Then, find Microsoft Visual Studio Installer.
- Choose Uninstall.
