A screen lock/screensaver should come with Manjaro and work out of the box. In XFCE the keybind to lock the screen is CTRL – ALT – DEL.

To lock your screen before you leave your desk, either Ctrl+Alt+L or Super+L (i.e., holding down the Windows key and pressing L) should work. Once your screen is locked, you will have to enter your password to log back in.
How do I lock my screen with XFCE?
Open the settings manager > keyboard > shortcuts and you can see that the default shortcut to lock the screen is ctrl-alt-del.
