In the Chrome app
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app .
- At the top right, tap More .
- Tap History Clear browsing data.

- Ensure that Cookies and site data and Cached images and files are selected.

- From the home screen, tap Internet. Note: If the shortcut has been removed, tap Apps, then tap Internet.
- Tap MORE.
- Scroll to and tap Settings.
- Tap Privacy.
- Scroll to and tap Delete personal data.
- Ensure Cache and Cookies and site data are checked, then tap DELETE.
- The cache and cookies are now deleted.
