What is the use of NTP server in Linux?
NTP stands for Network Time Protocol. It is used to synchronize the time on your Linux system with a centralized NTP server. A local NTP server on the network can be synchronized with an external timing source to keep all the servers in your organization in-sync with an accurate time.

How can I enable a Network Time Protocol (NTP) server?
- Start a registry editor (e.g., regedit.exe).
- Navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesW32TimeParameters registry subkey.
- From the Edit menu, select New, DWORD Value.
- Enter the name LocalNTP, then press Enter.
- Double-click the new value, set it to 1 to enable or 0 to disable, then click OK.
