Forward calls using Android settings
- Open the Phone app.
- Touch the Action Overflow icon. On some phones, touch the Menu icon instead to see a list of commands.
- Choose Settings or Call Settings.
- Choose Call Forwarding.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Set the forwarding number.
- Touch Enable or OK.
From Your Mobile Device
- Enter *72.
- Enter the phone number (including area code) where you want your calls to be forwarded to. (e.g., *72-908-123-4567).
- Tap the Call button and wait for confirmation. You should hear a confirmation tone or message.
- End your call. Back to top.
To confirm that call-forwarding options can be set by using the Android operating system, follow these steps:
- Open the Phone app.
- Touch the Action Overflow icon.

To disable this feature, dial *38. Immediate Call Forwarding (Not included in the Sprint Phone Connect plan, $0.20 per minute rate), dial *72 and then the number you want to forward your calls to. To disable this feature, dial *720.
