Can I download Adobe Photoshop for free?

You can download Photoshop for free… in a way. Photoshop is a paid-for image-editing program, but you can download a free Photoshop in trial form for both Windows and macOS from Adobe.

Why is Photoshop not installing?

Some system components—for example, device drivers and virus protection utilities—conflict with the installer. They can cause an incomplete or failed installation. To prevent these conflicts, install from the desktop. Copy the Adobe Photoshop Elements or Adobe Premiere Elements folder from the disc to the desktop.
