Finding the Windows Path Variable
- Open the Start Menu.
- Right-click on Computer and click Properties.
- Click Advanced system settings.
- Make sure you’re on the Advanced tab.
- Click Environment Variables.
- Under System variables, scroll to find the Path Variable.
- Click on Path and then click Edit.
How do you fix path issues?
Moving the file affected by the ‘path not found’ error to a different folder may fix the problem. Try moving the file to a different folder on the same drive. If this doesn’t work, try moving it on a different drive. Also, make sure that the destination folder is not set to Read-Only.
