If you use Halberd before BKB, they activate BKB halberd will still continue. However, Halberd cannot be used on someone who already activated BKB.

halberd is only dispellable by death, deafening blast only by spell immunity with a dispel (i.e. omnislash and life break don't dispel it), fate's edict/ET aghs only need a basic dispel.
