Could Have Wore or Worn?

Could Have Wore or Worn?

The verb is "to wear." "Wore" is simple past tense. I wear my retainer every day. I wore my retainer yesterday. "Worn" is the past participle.

Is it have wore or have worn?

Wore is the past tense of wear (I wire that dress yesterday) and worn is the past participle of wear (I have worn that dress many times).

Had worn or had wore?

I'd think "I had worn" is the better option in terms of grammar. "Had worn" is the Past Perfect Simple Tense which is mainly used when we want "to go back" to an earlier past time, to talk about things that HAD ALREADY HAPPENED at the time we are talking about.
