Daily Commission Resets 4 AM (Server Time)
As the name goes, you should clear Daily Quests (Commission) as a priority. Not only do they give lots of experience but it also rewards other items such as Primo Gem and Mora!
What day is weekly reset Genshin?
The weekly reset occurs each Monday, also at 04:00 (4 AM).
Are commissions random Genshin?
Commissions are randomly assigned based on the preferred region set in the Adventurer Handbook, or if set to random, from a randomly selected region that the player has unlocked.
