The last episode of Banana Fish ties all the loose ends. The hostages are rescued, Foxx and Golzine are killed, and all evidence of the Banana Fish project is destroyed. Furthermore, Sing decides not to fight Ash and convinces Yut-Lung to end his pursuit of them.

Will there be a season 2 of Banana Fish?

So, will there be a second season? We think that it is very unlikely. Firstly, Season 1 adapted all six parts of the original manga series, and ended on a note which hints at there being little to no possibility of a second season.

Has Banana Fish a good ending?

Absolutely. In every way. For Ash, for everyone who loved him. We see how Ash has permanently left them affected by his passing in the epilogue(s).
