Under "Ad settings," click Ad personalization. Turn on Ad Personalization if it's off. Under "How your ads are personalized," select your personal info or interests. To update your info, select Update.

Where is personalization in Chrome settings?

Select the options button in the upper right corner of Chrome. Choose "Settings" from the drop-down menu, which will open the settings tab.
