In it, the player can either kill Roxana and claim the title or recruit her as a lieutenant for their ship. The dialogue options during this section are critical to saving Roxana's life. After Roxana says: "There's no escaping our fate, misthios." The player should respond: "We don't have to do this."

Can you recruit Roxana?

You can also choose to recruit Roxana if you keep her alive. She's a Legendary lieutenant and provides additional javelin damage, weak point creation by arrows, & speed boost after drifting.

Do you have to kill every cultist?

It's recommended that you finish the main story first (all 9 Sequences) and then go for the missing Cultists. That's because you can't kill some of them until after the story. You'd be too underleveled and there's also the Deimos Cultist which you can't defeat until the end of Story Sequence 9.
