What does it mean by francophone?

In Canada, the term francophone refers to someone whose first language is French: it is the one they use most often to speak, read, write and think, and the one they use most often at home. Being francophone can also simply mean being able to speak the language fluently.
Can languages be plural?
The noun language can be countable or uncountable. In more general, commonly used, contexts, the plural form will also be language. However, in more specific contexts, the plural form can also be languages e.g. in reference to various types of languages or a collection of languages.
