As the two grew closer, Maki began to feel more comfortable around Shuichi, although she still had some trouble trusting others. Despite her cold and rather intimidating demeanor, Shuichi is one of the students who trusts Maki despite her status as an assassin.

It's shown that Maki had developed romantic feelings for Kaito over the course of the game, but there has been no confirmation that he reciprocated her feelings.

Does Himiko like Shuichi?

Shuichi and Himiko are the two of three final survivors in the killing game from Danganronpa V3 (the third being Maki Harukawa). They seem to be friends, as they're supporting and are nice to each other, although they were never shown to interact in the romantic way, so their relationship is canonically platonic.
