Barta can be found at the Gerudo Great Skeleton to the far southwest, just outside the Hawa Koth Shrine. She is underneath the head of the fossil. Talk to her twice and give her the Hearty Durian. Return to the objective marker and talk to Liana to complete the quest and get a Silver Rupee.

Barta is under the skull of the Gerudo Great Skeleton, the Leviathan Bones in southwest Gerudo Desert. The quickest way to get here is to fast travel to the Hawa Koth Shrine, but be sure to select appropriate armor for either heat or cold depending on the time of day. Once you find Barta, give her the Hearty Durian.

How do you save Barta Botw?

Link will find Barta on the brink of death, kneeling on the ground in the Gerudo Desert near the Gerudo Great Skeleton. Barta mutters about how she wishes she could have eaten a Hearty Durian one last time. After Link gives her a Hearty Durian, Barta will stand up and thank Link for saving her life.
