Note that if Enchanted Javelin is used on it's own, it will only work as a negation to a monster's attack because it is not stopping a monster's attack. It only increases your Life Points by the same amount as the ATK of the monster.

Does Enchanted Javelin target?

OCG Rulings

This effect targets the monster that declared an attack.

Does Mirror Force stop the attack?

The effect of "Mirror Force" only destroys all monsters in Attack Position, so all Attack Position monsters will still be destroyed even if the effect of "Scrubbed Raid" ends the Battle Phase.
