Pushchairs are carried for free in addition to your luggage allowance. You can take your pushchair or buggy through security, right up until you get on the plane and its put into the luggage hold for you. You won't usually get access to the buggy again until you get to the baggage reclaim area in your destination.

Yes, strollers or prams are allowed on flights. They do NOT count as part of your 15 kg limit. You have the option of either checking in the stroller with your luggage. Or you can carry it till the plane — leaving it at the gate when you board.

In the United States the overwhelming majority of airlines do not officially permit strollers to go beyond the boarding door. The common policy is that strollers may be used to transport little ones and their gear as far as the gate, at which point the stroller must be given up and stowed as checked luggage.
