At the end of the game, you can choose not to kill Pagan, and go with Pagan to scatter your mother's ashes. Pagan will fly away on his helicopter, and if you have an RPG or Grenade Launcher with you you can take out his helicopter, which creates a mini area, where you can loot his body (amongst the helicopter wreckage)

What happens if you dont kill Pagan Min?

If you don't pull the trigger, you will put down the gun an sit down for dinner. This is where Pagan Min will drop a bombshell on you: you are the king of Kyrat. Pagan will then get up and lead you to where you need to go to Lakshmana.

Is Pagan Min a good villain?

**SPOILERS** He isn't really a bad guy anyway, if anything, he's a glorified baby sitter for Paul, Noore and Yuma, the real bad guys.
