Can you get jeans taken in?
It’s possible to have the waist taken in by a tailor, but this is more of a delicate procedure. Because jeans aren’t built with easily-altered seats and waists, there’s more room for error and even less room to let out. A good tailor will take in the waist at the back, directly in the center.

Are Full art cards legal MTG?
Full Art modified cards can be legal provided the modification does not mark the card or make it unidentifiable. Do note that using a sticker IS going to change the thickness and feel of your card which would make it marked and thus disallowed.

Yes-ish. As long as the art is still visible and can clearly be identified, it is legal to use.
