Spacer lift kits are good, but only if you want to raise your vehicle a few inches for aesthetic purposes and do not care about off-road performance of increased ground clearance. It is the cheapest and easiest way to raise your truck without interfering with the ride quality.
Are strut spacers safe?
This over-extension can cause ball joint, CV joint and/or component damage. When strut spacer kits are fitted above the top mount assembly the shock assembly can bottom out before the lower control arm reaches the bump stop. Loosen the wheel’s lug nuts while vehicle is still on ground. Raise vehicle with either a large floor jack or frame lift. Place jack-stands under the frame to support it and lower vehicle onto them onto them. Place jack under the axle and raise it until it’s bearing some weight.
What does a coil spring adjuster do?

Do strut spacers affect alignment?
The answer is yes, no, maybe. If you had it aligned before you put the winch on, then the alignment changed as the front sagged. If you install spacers and put it back to where it was before the winch was installed, then the alignment will be good.
