How do I send Lulu’s Back?
Head to the returns page to start the process and follow these easy steps.
Login to your lululemon account and select the Fast Track Return option. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible.
Can I return Lulus without receipt?

UPDATE: As of September 2019, lululemon has made pilling a non-quality issue. Meaning, if your product pills, you are no longer allowed to return it due to manufacturer defects or quality issues. This is really unfortunate because many of their Align leggings will eventually pill.
