There is no added water in RM43 as it is a concentrate, but we do like to use a lot of water when it’s put down. Our instructions have two rates you can use—one is a simple spot treatment rate of 6 ounces in one gallon of water. The other is 7.4 ounces of chemical in 1 to 10 gallons of water to cover 1,000 square feet.

Can you spray RM43 around trees?
If you spray it on the leaves (or needles) of the tree, it will effect the tree, but if you spray it on the ground it will have no effect on the tree. The additive in RM43 is a pre-emergent which will only prevent seeds from germinating. It will have no effect on the trees.
