KILZ® can be easily sprayed . To Spray KILZ® you should use an airless paint sprayer that will allow you to use a 15 to 21 thousands tip, though some products will require a 27 thousands tip. Spray pressure will be around 1800 to 3000 PSI.

How long does Kilz spray take to dry?

Kilz usually dries within one hour, so you should wait that long before using it again.

Is kilz toxic to breathe?

Harmful if inhaled. May cause respiratory irritation, drowsiness or dizziness. Precautionary Statements: DO NOT use this product unless you can achieve cross-ventilation by opening windows and doors during application and drying or use the product outdoors.

Can you leave kilz unpainted?

As mentioned, you can leave your primer unpainted for about 30 days. If you leave the primer unpainted longer than this, you will not be able to apply paint over it directly. You will have to re-prime it or sand the wall to make it look even.

Can you spray primer with paint sprayer?
