BridgePay can be set up in a Cricket store or by calling 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538) and following the prompts. Unfortunately, BridgePay setup is not offered online at this time. However, you can make your second BridgePay payment online in My Account or via the myCricket app.
Will cricket give you an extension?
If you are running short on your bills and need an extension on your Cricket Wireless phone bill, you can use the BridgePay program for assistance. This program allows you to split your bill in two and pay the second part within seven days.

What time does Cricket cut your phone off?
The last day of the billing cycle is your due date and payment is due by 11:59 pm CST. If no payment is received by 11:59 pm CST on your due date, your service will be suspended.
What happens if you don’t pay your Cricket bill?
If you miss your due date, your service will be suspended. However, if your service is suspended for a missed payment, you can still change your plan. You can also remove features, but you can not add them until your service is restored. If you lost your device or someone stole it, you can suspend your Cricket service.
Can I pay my cricket phone bill online?

You can pay with a credit, debit, Cricket Refill or Service Payment Card. If you want to pay with multiple cards, you’ll need to make separate payments. Quick Pay does not store your payment information for future use.

How do you enter a promo code on cricket?

Does Cricket charge a late fee?
Keep in mind that there will be a reactivation fee to restore your services after your services are cut off for missing a payment. If you pay to turn your services back on 3 to 29 days late, you will be charged a $5 fee, and for 30 to 59 days late, you will be charged $15.

Your payment due date is the date your issuer expects to receive payment in full if you don’t want to pay any interest. On your statement closing date, you should receive a credit card statement that shows your total balance, your minimum payment amount, and when your minimum payment is due.
