If you notice that your Xfinity Pods keep going offline or they are not connecting, check your connection to the Gateway. If you cannot connect to the Gateway, it may be time for a reboot. What is this? Before you reboot your gateway, it is best if you unplug all of your Pods first.
Can you use the old Xfinity pods with the new ones?
Note: It’s recommended that you leave your older 1st Generation Pods unplugged for 48 hours to allow your new Pods to adapt to your coverage needs. After 48 hours, if you still need to extend coverage to other areas in your home, you can re-add your older Pods.
