How long does it take 3M 90 to cure?
Bonds can be made approximately 30 seconds after application. To achieve high initial strength allow 2 to 3 minutes before bonding for ultimate initial strength allow 5 to 10 minutes before bonding. All bonds must be made within 10 to 15 minutes after application.
How do you fix a loose headliner?
One of the easiest ways to put the headliner back into its place is to use glue. It will best work if the fabric is sagged partially, like in a corner or around the edges. Can you use contact cement for headliner?

Can you use 3M Super 77 on vinyl?
Do not use Super 77 I believe you want 3M 80, for vinyl. I used 77 and it held until the solvents got at the vinyl never “kicked off” or dried.
