The Pizzazz Plus is just the way the manufacturer is branding the newer version of the appliance, indicating that it can cook pizza “plus” lots of other things, like chicken wings, etc. The newer model has an improved timer, in my opinion-the older model that I owned years ago had kind of a touchy timer.

There’s a reset button located under the rotating pizza pan. You have to remove the pizza pan and press that reset button while the Pizzazz pizza oven is plugged into a wall socket. That’s the only way to make the Pizzazz pizza oven work again if it does overheat.
How do you clean a pizzazz pan?
Not real easy to clean with the little indentations. But, I find if when my food is done cooking, I immediately pull the pan off with a hot pad and run it under cold water it ” de-glazes” most of the drippings. Any scrubbing that is needed is totally worth the effort. I use my pizzazz for everything!
