How do I contact Service Canada online?
Contact 1 800 O-Canada – Canada.ca.
Why are CRA wait times so long?
Most of our call centres continue to be open, but you may experience longer than usual wait times due to measures taken surrounding the COVID-19 virus. We have fewer agents available because we’ve had to make adjustments to our workforce to ensure the health and safety of our employees.
Is there still Cerb in Canada?
Eligibility for the CERB is unchanged. CERB continues to support workers by providing $500 a week to eligible workers, including the self-employed, who have stopped working and lost income due to COVID-19. The CERB responds to a broad range of situations that may require a person to stop working.
