Hold down the Windows key and R. Type in “%ProgramData%” (without quotes) and click OK. Now open the Origin folder. Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)

Does Windows support Origin?

If you’re on Windows 7+, you should be able to run the newest version of Origin. But if your graphics card is older, it might not meet the requirements for Origin or your games. To be able to play your games, you can upgrade to a new graphics card.

Sims 4 can run on Windows 10, 8.1, or 7 as long as your hardware meets these requirements: 2 GB RAM at the minimum, but EA recommends at least 4 GB of RAM for best performance. At least 9 GB of disk space.
