Cancellations, Returns and Refunds Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time up until the day of delivery or pickup. Standard shipping (FedEx/UPS) item(s) including orders shipped directly from our factories may be cancelled for a full refund at any time up until the item(s) ships.
You don’t have an automatic right to get your money back if you just change your mind about something you’ve bought and there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s the same no matter how expensive the item was – it’s really down to the seller whether they offer you anything.
For your convenience, purchases of new unused products with their original packaging and tags can be returned by mail or at any of our retail locations, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, in a store, or by phone. Returns must be made within 28 days of their purchase date.
If within 14 days from the date of original purchase you find that the price of an item was further reduced, we will be happy to adjust your payment to match the lower price, upon request.
What if I don’t have the receipt? If you can’t get hold of the receipt and you’re taking an item back simply because you don’t like it, the retailer is under no legal obligation to give you a refund – but the retailer may offer you an exchange or a credit note.
Introduction. Under consumer law, if a product or service breaks, is not fit for purpose or does not do what the seller or advertisement said it would do, you can ask for a repair, replacement or refund.
In the U.S., there’s no federal law that says merchants have to accept returns. However, retailers are required to provide a repair, exchange, or refund if a product is defective. And under the FTC’s “cooling off” rule, you have the right to cancel some sales within three days of the purchase and get a full refund.
That means you’ll want to shop toward the end of winter (January and February) or the end of summer (August and September). Retailers will be discounting their old stock during these months to make room for the new styles. Presidents Day and Labor Day weekends are especially good times for sales.

Here are some of the most common reasons for returns, and what you can do about them:
#1 | The Customer Bought the Wrong Item.#2 | The Product is No Longer Needed.#3 | The Product Didn’t Match the Description.#4 | A Gift Purchase Was Incorrect.#5 | The Product Was Damaged Upon Arrival.
You must offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to. Check when you have to offer refunds and accept returns. Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.
Ask for a refund in a polite and formal language. Include details about the product—what was purchased, when, and what the price was. Explain why you want to return the item. Mention relevant aspects of the transaction such as dates and place of delivery.
