It’s common among FPS fans where players would stand on top of an enemy’s corpse and repeatedly crouch to assert disrespect. While in casual matches, teabagging is often disregarded as juvenile behavior, but in pro matches, this method is highly reprimanded.

“Teabagging” refers to a taunt in multiplayer games where players stand over an opponent’s dead body and repeatedly crouch their character over the corpse. It’s meant to mimic an actual sexual act where one person’s genitals come in contact with the face of their consenting partner.

You still call it Teabagging. It doesn’t have a gender to it.

Tea-bagging is a way of disrespecting your opponent, it is most commonly done by enemies who felt threatened or annoyed by your presence. In my experience, an enemy Mercy will do this to me as she needs to be the “better Mercy” in the game and felt threatened by my position.

Also known as corpse-humping, tea-bagging is a slang term in video games when after a player has slain another player or NPC, they move their character over the dead character’s body and crouch up and down repeatedly, adding a humiliating, and often humorous, factor to the character’s death.
