How do I cancel a membership on Fabletics?
There is no cancellation fee and you can cancel anytime. You may cancel your membership by calling one of our customer service representatives at 1-844-322-5384 (24 hours, 7 days a week). You may also cancel by contacting us via online live chat or by visiting your My Account page.
Can I get my money back from Fabletics?
We accept exchanges and returns for a credit of up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the items. You can also return your items for a full refund up to 14 days from the date of receipt, no questions asked. Your refund will be returned to you with the same payment method used to make your purchase.
How many months can you skip Fabletics?

Does Fabletics charge you the first month?
You have the first five days of the month to either buy or skip, or you will be charged $49.95, which becomes a store credit, a.k.a Member Credit. Even if you sign up for a VIP Membership on the 31st of the month, you will then have to make a purchase or skip the next month within five days.
