Can I mix Roundup and pre-emergent?
Answer: Any pre-emergent product can be mixed with Glyphosate and applied together. However keep in mind that Glyphosate will kill everything you spray it on so if you are doing a broadcast spray with it you will kill all the grass you touch not just the weeds.
Can you use Roundup as a pre-emergent?
The product comes in different formulations that kill weeds and grass, brush and vines. Roundup Extended Control Weed & Grass Killer contains a pre-emergent herbicide. The other Roundup formulations work only on existing plants and do not prevent weed seeds from germinating.
