How many days do you have to return to Aerie?
If you ordered items online, you can bring your order to any AE or Aerie store for easy, free returns. Your refund will be issued as a gift card. There’s no time limit on returns and exchanges, so you can wait as long as you need.
Does aerie take returns without receipt?
If you don’t have a receipt, we’ll let you exchange or give you store credit for the current price. If you are charged more than the posted or advertised price, we will refund the difference. If there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may not return your item.
What is aeries return policy online?
If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, or color, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 30 days days of receipt. You can initiate the returns by logging into your American Eagle Account.
Does aerie accept returns without tags?
No, items must NOT be worn if you want to return them. This doesn’t mean you can’t try the item on at home and wear it around a little bit…just don’t take the tags off and wear it to work or to the bar (for example).

The law, as contained in the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, simply says that if a product is on sale or special offer, the retailer must show the original price and it must have been selling at that price for ‘a meaningful period of time’.

Yes, American Eagle does have a lifetime warranty on jeans. If your jeans rip or tear, you can bring them into any American Eagle store and they will replace them for you.
Does American Eagle do price match?
Here’s how it works: If an item you bought goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase date, you can contact the store to get a price adjustment and receive the difference back in price.
Can you use American Eagle gift cards at aerie?

Can you return worn items to American Eagle?
Sale or clearance items, damaged items, items without original tags, and items you don’t like can be returned, as well as products from Aerie and Tailgate. In-store returns are also available for online purchases on the American Eagle website or app, even when items are labeled as online only.
