In Mockingjay, Prim dies from President Coin’s bombs and later Katniss votes to have The Games continue. I don’t know if I was reading to fast to catch why those things happened, but I’m just confused over these two things in particular. Does anyone here understand why President Coin killed Prim?

Gale was not the one to drop the bombs from the hovercraft, but he was one of the key figures to devise the strategy of double bombings. With that, he was always connected to Prim’s death, but he certainly shouldn’t be the one to take the full blame.
