Chuze Fitness requires a 10 day written notice prior to any monthly or annual billing date to cancel and avoid any future charges.Memberships must be in good standing prior to cancellation.You may cancel by coming in to any Chuze location and signing our cancellation form.
What does unlimited guest privileges mean?
“Unlimited Guest Privileges” Means you can bring a guest with you any day of the week, where as the other membership only allows guest access on the weekends.
How can I cancel my gym membership?
In order to terminate a contract, many gyms require members to submit a notarized letter of cancellation. This is a letter signed by an official notary public. Chuze has a comprehensive cancellation policy in place and depending on your usage and plan, you might be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
How old do you need to be to go to the gym?
Access to the gym floor and weight room is usually restricted until about age 13, and some will allow earlier access when accompanied by a parent or registered adult. 24 Hour Fitness: Age 12 accompanied by an adult member. Planet Fitness: Age 13-18 when a parent has a membership in good standing.
Can Black Card guests use the massage chair?
For members with a black card membership, you can bring a child 13 years or older, who must stay with the member at all times and cannot use tanning beds, massage chairs or other amenities. Otherwise, guests must be 18 and older and have a valid ID with them.
