What is a long distance touch lamp?
Each person sets up their lamp via Wi-Fi, then reaches out and touches the lamp whenever they want to let their loved one know they’re thinking of them. With every touch, the lamp cycles through a rainbow of colors, one at a time.
How many friendship lamps can you connect?
Q: How many Friendship Lamps can be added to one network? A: Anywhere from 2 to 10 lamps can be connected to the same network. Q: How long do the lamps stay lit? A: Friendship Lamps turn on and off, change colors, and change settings at your discretion.
What is a distance lamp?

Are friendship lamps safe?
Our Friendship Lamp device is just as secure (if not more secure due to how simple it is) as your home WiFi security. What I mean by this is that the router manages all the security, and when the lamp is connected to the WiFi, the lamp cannot connect to anything else.
Can you make any lamp a touch lamp?
A touch control lamp lets you control the light by touching metal anywhere on the lamp and even turns a regular light bulb into a three-way bulb. You can make any lamp into a touch lamp by wiring a three-way touch control module inside the lamp base.
Do touch lamps need special bulbs?
You do not need a special bulb for a touch lamp. You just bought a touch lamp, which you can turn on and off by touching the base of the lamp. You might wonder if your lamp requires a special bulb, but it doesn’t. You can use any standard bulb for your touch lamp.
How do distance bracelets work?
When one person touches their bracelet, the application triggers the other bracelet to vibrate and light up (or squeeze, in the case of the Hey Bracelet). As long as you’re both near your phones with the application running in the background, the bracelets will work, no matter how far apart you are.

Why is my Friendship Lamp pink?
Pulsing pink
Your lamp will pulse pink to let you know it has found a hidden network! Most of the time, this means the Filimin bridge. If your Friendship Lamp continues to pulse pink after moving it closer to the bridge, contact us for help.
Why does my Friendship Lamp keep turning red?
Why is my lamp dim red? If your lamp is dim red, it means it is not connected to the WiFi or to any Group and will need to go through the setup to connect to your Group and connect to the WiFi. However, now that you are in the setup mode, you can begin or restart the setup process using our LuvLink App Setup Guide.
How do touch lamps work?
Touch lamps work on the principle of capacitance – the amount of charge something can soak up. In circuits, components called capacitors store varying amounts of charge and are used to tune circuits like radio receivers or smooth out fluctuations in voltage.
What does purple Friendship Lamp mean?
When your Friendship Lamp is stuck on purple, it means it is updating. But, if it seems to be updating for awful long time, you can do something to help it move forward. We’d recommend that you use the LuvLink App to set up your lamps.

How do you control a Friendship Lamp?
We have many colors to choose from with our Friendship lamp, when you hold your finger on the touch button, the color options will start to cycle through. Just hold down until you see the color you want. The lamp will stay on for another 5 seconds and then turn off.
