Why is Spectrum app not working on Apple TV?

Firmware bugs are the main cause for the Spectrum TV app not working on an Apple TV. Therefore, you should keep the app up to date. Poor internet connection, insufficient space, or using the app away from home can also cause problems. Spectrum does not work on 1st, 2nd or 3rd generation Apple TVs.
