How can I patch my pool with water in it?
Take time to clean the area around the tear and cut a patch from your kit that is an inch larger than the tear. Place the patch on a smooth surface and spread cement or waterproof epoxy on the underside of the patch. Fold the patch and submerge it underwater at the location of the tear.
Can you paint a pool underwater?

How do you use Bestway underwater adhesive repair patch?
Instructions:
Clean the area around the puncture.Peel away the backing paper from the adhesive patch, being careful not to touch the adhesive.Apply the patch over the puncture and press firmly.Keep pressure applied for 30 minutes.Adhesive glue should set within 30 minutes, but may take longer in colder water.
