Visit the BruinCard website and click on “Submit Photo” on the menu (you’ll need your UCLA Logon ID).Submit a passport quality photo with a plain white background. You’ll receive a completion email 1-2 business days later stating whether your photo was approved.
How do I get a new BruinCard from UCLA?
BruinCards can be replaced for a cost of $25. To obtain a BruinCard replacement, visit the BruinCard Center at 123 Kerckhoff Hall on the UCLA campus. If your card was damaged, please bring it with you when you visit the BruinCard Center.
Do Bruin cards expire?

Can I bring a mini fridge to UCLA?
One (1) mini refrigerator is allowed per room and may not be operated in a closet or enclosed area. All refrigerators must be less than six (6) cubic feet, be U.L. Approved, and be in good working condition. Refrigerators must be emptied and unplugged during the winter recess.

Easy Pay is a prepaid, non-interest bearing debit account linked to BruinCard. Funds in this account can be used to make purchases from any BruinCard affiliated merchant on or off campus, including laundry, vending, book stores and restaurants. The Food Only account is also a prepaid, non-interest bearing account.
How do I check my meal swipes UCLA?
