Milliput can be used for repairs on many types of materials including metals, plastics, masonry, wood, glass and ceramics and can be used in places where welding is impractical.

How long does it take for Milliput to dry?

The two sticks have a long shelf life but once mixed the resultant putty is at first soft and highly adhesive and then gradually hardens. Speed of hardening is dependant on temperature and at normal temperatures (20-25ºC) Milliput becomes rock hard in three to four hours.

Is Milliput epoxy putty waterproof?

The paste sticks effectively to almost anything including metals and plastics, is waterproof and very durable. Milliput is inexpensive and available in different grades identified by the different packaging colours.

How long does Milliput last?

Milliput will have a storage life of approximately 2 years providing it is stored in cool, dry conditions. Place unused epoxy putty in polythene bags and re-seal. Storage at high temperatures or high humidity may reduce shelf life.

How do you remove dried Milliput?

Cheers! A solvent like acetone (nail varnish remover) or high-proof alcohol should do the trick. It might not dissolve the putty outright, depending how long you submerge the model, but it will make the putty very brittle and easy to remove.

Can you put Milliput in the oven?

In addition to the pleasant use of modeling, Milliput is also a perfect putty for connecting materials.
