Does loft have an app?
The Love LOFT app doesn’t have anything more to it but the website UNLESS you have their Love LOFT card or Love Loft Mastercard. If you do have one of their cards, it may be worth the download. The app allows you to check and redeem rewards as well as pay your bill and check your purchases.

How do I use my loft rewards online?
In order to redeem your reward in-store, just tell an Associate you have an available reward. Online redemption of any earned Rewards Certificate requires being logged into your My Account profile. In order to apply a reward to your online order, log in to your account and applicable rewards will display.
