How long does it take for Ruggable to ship?
Ruggable usually takes about a week to make your order, and then another 3 to 7 business days for shipping. As Ruggables purchased via its site are made to order, you should be prepared to wait for your rug to arrive.
Can you use Ruggable without pad?
You might be tempted to skip out on the rug pad in order to save some money. However, Ruggable does not recommend using the cover without a rug pad. The company states that ” one does not work without the other.” The covers are thin, and you’ll need the pad for comfort and to keep the cover in place.
Can I cancel a Ruggable order?

Are Ruggable rug pads washable?
The Ruggable Rug is an easy-to-clean two-piece system. Our removable Rug Cover is 100% machine-washable, water-resistant and stain-resistant.
Does Ruggable really take 3 weeks to ship?
Our products are made to order, which means we create your rug after your order has been placed. At this time, please expect your order to ship within 2 to 3 weeks if you are located in the U.S. and 3-5 weeks if you are located in Canada.
Will an 8×10 Ruggable fit in a washing machine?
All Ruggable Rug Covers can fit in a regular washing machine and dryer — even the 8×10!
Do Ruggable rugs curl?
Ruggable rugs are an updated washable rug system. While they can suffer from rug curling, as can any rug, there are some great ways to prevent this from happening. The additional silicone pieces should help the most with preventing curls. However, there are some easy tricks to smooth out your curling edges.

The short answer is YES. You can vacuum your Ruggable rug—and it should be as easy as vacuuming your hardwood floor or low-pile carpet. For best results, we generally recommend using the lowest suction and power setting (the one you’d typically use for your hardwood floor), with the beater bar or brush turned off.
Can you use Ruggable on vinyl plank flooring?
The rug pad is however made of recycled polyester and thermoplastic rubber which is latex free but non the less has rubber. Which means ruggables are definitely not safe to use on vinyl plank flooring because of their rug pads which must work with their rug cover.
